Cardian Matsu
Since the tape includes immersion I got this immediately, clicked so much with that album after I did a dive through this guy's work a couple years back. Vibiest classic-style vapor out there (check E95 for it!).
The main digital album (Immersed) is pretty nice too, the artist told me he was going for a telepath-type sound back when I was interviewing him and it shows, lots of phasers and muddied textures, but like in a good way! Feels like you're one of the fish in the aquarium after hours.
Favorite track: Inclined Population.
